This Switch-N-Go chipper body is structural steel construction with a 19.7-cubic yard capacity. Body widths are 88" inside and 96" outside. Interior side height Is 51" without removable roof. Floors are constructed of 10 gauge steel. Crossmembers are constructed of 3" structural channel on 16" centers. Sides are constructed of a 12 gauge sheet with 2-3 post per side and receive structural gussets between rear posts. The top rails are constructed of 3" x 3" x 1/8" square steel tubing. Rear corner posts are constructed of 7 gauge steel sheet. Tailgates are constructed of 2" x 2" x 1/8" tubular framework and a formed 12 gauge sheet. Standard 6" steel ground rollers. Powder-coated carbon steel construction. Arbor roofs are constructed of a 12 gauge sheet, 24" height with 8" edge at a 45-degree angle. Vents are placed 1 per side for lengths of 8'-11' and 2 vents per side for 12'-15' lengths. Top and rear supports are constructed of 2" x 2" x 1/4" steel angle. Hooks on top for roof removal.
